Joining

At Arthur D. Little, we are constantly looking for outstanding candidates, and we recruit all year round.  We view the recruitment process as a two-way evaluation. This gives us the opportunity to meet and challenge you, and gives you the chance to get a better picture of our company and our people.

During the recruitment process, you will attend several interviews and will meet and be evaluated by several potential colleagues.

For new graduates

Stage 1 - Application screening. 
All applications received are considered and carefully evaluated by several consultants.

Stage 2 - Group interview for joining internship.
Candidates are invited to a group-interview session and have a small case discussion.

Stage 3 - Personal interview for joining internship (if needed).
Some candidates are invited to a personal-interview session, and engage in further case discussions.

Stage 4 – Internship program (summer/winter, 3–5 days).
Successful candidates from the interviews are invited to our internship program. In the program, they are given cases to experience strategic planning for a client company. They are also given the opportunity to get to know ADL further.

Stage 5 - Interview round for recruitment (several times).
Candidates of particular interest are invited to attend an interview round, the purpose of which is to allow us to get to know them further. 

Stage 6 - Employment offer.
Based on the performances of the candidates during the interview round, the management team will make the final decision on an offer.

 

For mid-career candidates

Stage 1 - Application screening.

Stage 2 - Interview round (several times).
Candidates of particular interest are invited to some sessions and have discussions (including small case interviews).

Stage 3 - Employment offer.
