Riccardo Maltoni joins Arthur D. Little as Partner in Financial Services and S&O Practices

Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced Riccardo Maltoni’s appointment as Partner in its Financial Services and Strategy & Operations Practices in Italy. Riccardo has extensive consulting experience in both these domains covering strategy, business planning, IT strategy, digital transformation, customer journey innovation, and commercial optimization. 

Throughout his career he has worked at premier consulting firms including Exton, McKinsey & Company, AT Kearney, and Accenture. He also founded and owned Infinity Value Consulting, a management boutique, and served as a Partner for Exton Consulting, a French management and strategy consulting firm. He is passionate about IT and technological innovation and related implications for business models and go-to-market strategies.

ADL’s Financial Services Practice supports banks, insurance companies, asset management companies, payment-system providers and regulatory bodies in tackling issues related to digitalization, omnichannel & customer management, big data & analytics and payments. It helps companies determine digital roadmaps and capabilities, establish new digital ecosystems for innovation, develop omnichannel strategies, and use the customer portfolio to find untapped potential.
